Michael has more than a decade of experience in payments technology and platform operations. Before joining txn, he spent six years at Marqeta, where he supported the launch of its European platform leading critical incident management. He worked closely with European and global clients on new program launches whilst continually elevating service delivery. Michael began his career in banking technology at Barclays, where he spent six years across systems engineering and service delivery.
